Terrible service and rude employees! We ordered 3 hours ago and never got our food with no refund.

Cold pizza, 70 minute wait, missing ice cream. No-one answers the phone of the branch that screwed up so cannot make a complaint.

Cheesy Garlic bread was terrible!!!

I have just popped into Pizza Hut, church road, Basingstoke to order pizza and collect it, only to watch a man out back sweep the floor and the dust pan the dirt and place it on the side near the food preparation area, received my order from another person and make a start with my dough without washing his hands. I called though the gap to say I don’t want that as you haven’t washed your hands. To which he said I did!!! But I was watching you! No sir you must of missed that. I have told them that I want my money back and I will go somewhere else. Manager said no money back your food is being cooked!!!
Was told to take my order, which I did and put straight in the bin outside!!!
Never ever going to Pizza Hut again and lost £43 for nothing.

Went to eat at Pizza Hut in Surrey Quays. The appt didn't work so refused service.
Ridiculous as the restaurant was empty. This was on a Friday evening.
I think the staff actually like it this way.
No offer to correct the situation.Just waved us good-bye.
Can't see it staying open, with this kind of attitude.

PizzaHut stops Immediately caring about you as a customer when they have your money ! Customer care Virtually non-existent with a couldn’t care less attitude

I am really disappointed by the level of service I’ve received today by your website and as well as the West Croydon branch in order.

I placed the order at 9.27pm which I received a confirmation email as well. The order should of been delivered to the address by 10.05pm however I called to just enquire how long it will take as it was getting quiet close to the time.

I called once and someone answered the phone and hung up. The second time I called I spoke to a male who passed the phone to another colleague (Harini)

I said to her that I placed the order on the website however I’m just asking how long it was taking. She explained that her screen/portal is not working so they aren’t able to fulfil any orders.

I told her that if you aren’t able to fulfil the orders then you should be able view the orders from another back up system and if not be able to fulfil then you should be able to call customers and apologise to customers. However from the impression of the staff they are waiting for customers to call and explain what happened. This is unacceptable! If it was the case that it cannot be fulfilled then you should be calling us straight away so if needed we can make other arrangements. I require my full refund of 20.99 to my card. I will also be leaving reviews on this issue on trustpilot and Google reviews

OMG I have to give one star!!! I was seated at just after 6pm in Fountain St. Manchester. Asked by the waiter to use the QR code which i did. Received an email at 1809 to say order received. Very quickly served with bottomless drinks then….

Waited 30 minutes in a freezing restaurant to be told when I enquired where our food was that there was a communication error and our order didn’t exist. Strange considering we served our drinks. So I ask for a refund and….

No surprise their system is down so I cannot get a refund. Absolutely shocking. Do not use this place.

They have taken almost £30 under false pretences and now I can’t get my money back. The worst service I have ever seen from any establishment.

The Resturant was dirty was not good at all messed up our order at the silverlink north Tyneside then was over charged sent them my receipt to be refunded and refuse to give me my money back refuse to let me make a complaint back and really upset of the service I have got really not happy at all

You must be joking. The woman taking my order hung up on me three times. miss took my order even once I paid. To make matters more insulting, she bloody charges for delivery £1.49 that i shall truly miss. AM I AN IDIOT but i love the taste of their crusts....
Only collection next time

Disappointing! Tried today to place an order and use my rewards (slices) and all orders with the 'free' reward were cancelled. Tried to place order with same ingredients and products but paying in full and guess what?! Order was received! It was a small difference between an order redeeming reward and one payed in full, this low to be as a business?!
We order at least twice per week from you, both for home and at work. Guess I won't insist with my colleagues to chose Pizza Hut anymore!

Slow delivery, the pizza was quite cold on arrival. Manager has offered us discount next time

I ordered a medium pizza, mac and cheese and a 7up large bottle at 4.05pm. It said out for delivery at 4.30pm. I rang the Caterham branch at 5.00pm as I had still not received the food, they said they would remake it and send it out. The driver with the first order arrived at 5.25pm and the food was cold having been driven around for an hour. The driver did not speak English, and I had to use google translate in order to communicate with him, which is not okay. I refused delivery as the second order was already being made and the food was cold. I rang again to confirm the second order at 5.25pm and to tell them I had refused the first, cold, food. They confirmed the food would be coming. At 5.45pm I rang again, they guaranteed the food would be 5 minutes. I rang again at 6.10pm, and they said they hadn't send any more food and they didn't realise I still needed it. The manager at 6.15pm, guaranteed the food in 20 minutes. They rang and said they were outside at 6.45pm, they were not. They were lost, and it took until 7.25pm to get to my address. The food was cold. I explained it was cold to them and they said it would not be possible to make and deliver it again due to having no drivers. If there were no drivers, the order should not have been accepted and I should have had this honesty at 5pm when my food wasn't here rather than messing me around for 3 and a half hours waiting for food. It is now 7.40pm, I have no food and they won't deliver. This is a massive inconvenience for me as I ordered from them as I do not have food in the house, and now I cannot have dinner as I have no food in and they won't deliver to me.

Another horror story, four weeks after last order shambles, ordered an online meal deal from Wishaw @£28, when it never arrived I called to find to my horror the shop had no order yet they took my £28, never again

Pizza Hut Kings Lynn. The worst service and food I have had in a restaurant in a long time.
The restaurant manager was one of the rudest people I have encountered in the hospitality service.

I will never go back, which is a shame because it used to be a really great experience eating there!
